    Perfect place and location

    Our stay was incredible. The place was immaculate and very inviting. Felt like a home away from home. They made it easy for guests to arrive that had separate schedules than the rest. They even accommodated us when we arrived earlier than expected. Everything made for a very memorable trip. Not to mention the location was perfect. Less than a five minute walk into town.

    Fantastic!

    I recently was put in charge of planning my oldest son's bachelor party. It involved 11 twenty-somethings. Needless to say, it was not easy finding a place that would accommodate that many beds for individuals. However, after contacting about 5 different places I ran across your listings. Immediately, I got a response and help. The place was perfect. We had plenty of room, beds, sitting areas and never felt cramped. The price was right, too. I thought that we were further off from Main Street in Breckenridge than we were. There was a shortcut that only put us a couple hundred yards smack dab in the middle of town. Fantastic!

    Great place and location

    Our stay was very nice, the condo was in great shape and had everything we were looking for to accommodate everyone in our party. The kids loved the bunk room and we could hardly get them down from there. We absolutely loved the open feel of the mail level with all the windows, awesome views and tall pine trees almost made us feel like we were in a high secluded tree house. The short walk to town was perfect so we could really enjoy the Oktoberfest all weekend. The only slight negative was one of our deciding factors was to pick a place with a pool, and when we found it was closed that weekend the kids were very bummed, however we were able to make arrangements with some friends who were staying at the Marriott that same weekend so a disaster was averted, again that is a very minor gripe. Thank you so much and we will search you out again for future stays in Breckenridge.

ABOUT THE PROPERTY

Location, location, location! This 5 bedroom condo is steps to Peak 9/Quicksilver lift and steps to Main Street Station and town. If you’re familiar with Breckenridge you know how rare it is to find a property this large within walking distance of both town and the lifts that is still reasonably priced! You can’t find a more convenient 5BR/4BA location to the ski area, ski school, town and restaurants.

The condo is across the street from Marriott Mountain Resort, which is ski-in/ski-out and one block to town. This top-floor corner unit sleeps up to 14 people with 9 beds and boasts views of the ski area and surrounding mountains.

A renovation, both inside and out, was completed back in 2008 that included updating the kitchen and baths, as well as new exterior roof, siding and landscaping. Golden granite countertops and bronze fixtures throughout. The main kitchen has stainless appliances and the bathrooms were updated with new toilets, tubs, flooring and lighting. This unique condo was also updated with pine doors and trim throughout.

The condo is decorated with mountain decor. There is a large sectional sofa that is perfect to relax on after a day on the slopes. The bay window looking toward the slopes has a reading chair to soak in the views. The 25-foot vaulted ceilings, skylights, and bay window create a bright and sunny living area. The great room has a gas fireplace and flat screen TV. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer in small laundry room off the kitchen, plus cable and free wifi access.

Have multiple families traveling? The unique layout of this property allows the sunny lower level to be locked off as a separate one-bedroom, one-bath apartment with a Queen Bed in the Bedroom and a Full Bath. It is complete with its own kitchen area and family room with queen sleeper sofa and flat screen TV.
