    Snow, snow and skiing!

    2nd year staying at Sawmill Creek Condo's during Presidents weekend, enjoyed the ski-in/out accommodations. Easy walking to main street in Breckenridge. Condo's are spacious and accommodating for a young family with kids. Looking forward to next year!

    Sawmill Creek Unit 308

    To start with Sawmill Creek is a great location off the 4 O'Clock run so you can ski in and with a shuttle stop right next to it. Unit 308 has a great layout and view. The decor and furnishings are very good, tile and granite, nice wood trim. Flat screen TV, open kitchen with new and quality pots, pans etc. The owner has clearly spent money to upgrade this unit. Indoor spa. Elevator. Luggage carts. Convenient covered parking. We hope to stay here again next visit to Breckenridge.

    Great Place!

    The property is very nice and close to all ammenities in Breckenridge. the availability of an elevator makes it very nice for older individuals or individuals with small children.

Located just yards away from the 4 o’clock run, this ski-in condo offers one of the best locations in Breckenridge! When you’re not skiing, it’s just a block from the heart of downtown Breckenridge. Enjoy contemporary furnishings, an open living area and dining room, along with nicely redone bathrooms and flat screen TV in the living room.  Also included is parking for one vehicle and free wifi. Sawmill Creek is located 20 yards away from the free bus route that runs throughout Breckenridge. For your convenience, all of our Sawmill Creek condos include access to our on-site operations office for maintenance questions/needs, supplies such as towels, or any other needs during your stay.
