    Fantastic stay in Breckenridge

    This is the 2nd time we stayed in unit 303 at Sawmill Creek condo's. We chose to stay in the same unit because it is very well maintained not only by its owner but also by the staff for Great Western Lodging. The view of Breckenridge from the balcony is great and we loved setting out there in the early morning watching the sunrise. It was also a great place to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. The very short walk to downtown is also another great reason to stay there. Less than a 5 minute walk. We will probably spend another week there next September. Also almost forgot to mention it has a elevator so no climbing of steps.

    Family ski trip

    This is our second family ski trip. Both so far have been in Breckenridge as we all love this town and ski resort. We rented two units 303 & 304 and we're happy with the condition and amenities in both units. It was nice to be so close to town as we rarely drove our rental car. The best thing about the Sawmill property is the proximity to both the shuttle and the ability to ski in on the four o'clock run right to the parking lot of the unit. We will definitely look at units in this complex for future trips. The accommodation s were clean and we had all the kitchen utensils needed for meals. All in all we were happy with the unit it wasn't luxurious but it definitely met our needs.

This cozy 2-bedroom,2 bedroom condo is just 20 yards from the bottom of the Four O’clock ski run, and just a block to historic Main Street. Enjoy the third floor settings with a spacious floor plan and contemporary furnishings.  This location is convenient and easy to get around. Each unit has free Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, a covered parking space, as well as access to the complex’s two indoor hot tubs and shared grills on the outdoor patio. For your convenience, all of our Sawmill Creek condos include access to our on-site operations office for maintenance questions/needs, supplies such as towels, or any other needs during your stay.
