    Great unit and location

    GREAT location!!! Cozy but spacious. Second living area was a game changer for not feeling like we were on top of each other with teenagers. Extremely well appointed with everything we needed. Could walk out back door, ski about 100 yards, cross street with skis off, and get right on Snowflake lift. Then ski IN to the back door at lunch and end of day. Patio/deck nice, hot tub HOT!!! Would definitely stay again.

    Great Experience

    99 The Pines was ideally located for our needs. Straight out onto the 4 O’clock run with easy access to Snowflake lift & ideally for returning after skiing. The condo was very well appointed and we loved it. The decor was superb even to the point we tried to find out where the bear on the mantle piece came from as we all wanted to buy one. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed & Resort Town Lodging was very quick to respond when our kettle broke. Access by car was easy as were the entry & departure instructions. All in all we would highly recommend this property & Resort Town Lodging.

    man cave!

    The home was just as advertised! Its a great location and true ski in ski out. We had a great time in the man cave downstairs watching the superbowl on the giant TV! Its setup to handle a large group of people and I highly recommend it for a group ski trip!

If you’re looking for the perfect location for an amazing ski-cation this 4 bedroom town home is the best possible property for you! Sleeping arrangements for 12 ensure a fun filled, ski packed getaway. The private hot tub provides the perfect place to sit and unwind after a long day on the slopes or shopping in town. Take in the skiers gliding by as you gaze out the large picture windows throughout the entire house.

There are two main living spaces in this property, one on the main level and another on the lower level. Relax by the fire upstairs while the kids watch movies and play downstairs.

The recently renovated kitchen boasts granite counter tops and updated cabinetry. An open concept feel in the great room offers large comfortable furnishings, a dining table that seats 6 plus, as well as extra seating at the breakfast bar. A wonderful gathering space for the entire group.

This property is one of the best ski in/ski out locations. Simply grab your gear and step out the back door! 4 O’Clock Ski Run is steps away – ski down and follow the signs to the Snowflake Lift. At the end of the day follow the 4 O’Clock Run right up to your back door. It’s that simple!
