Cimarron 305 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo on one level spanning 1130 square feet and is located on the 3rd floor of the Cimarron building, easily accessed by an elevator and two stairwells. 6 people can comfortably sleep here with plenty of living space to relax and enjoy the wood burning fireplace, large flat screen TV, spacious dining area and kitchen. This lovely condo also has a separate seating area near the private deck and is non-smoking. Located on Park Avenue across from the Riverwalk and steps away from the heart of Main Street, Cimarron is a great option for an affordable price. This recently remodeled complex is a short walk from the base of Peak 9 and from the Four O'Clock ski run. On site shared hot tubs are convenient for guests at Cimarron, in addition to access to the Upper Village Pool and hot tubs as well as our complimentary guest shuttle throughout town. This unit has parking for one vehicle.
