    Ideal condo

    The four of us stayed at Columbine 105 for the second year in a row, as it suits our group perfectly. The layout is ideal, with two bedrooms, each with two Queen or King beds and adjoining bathrooms. The kitchen is small but more than adequate for our purposes. Dining and living room areas were very good. We really liked the underground parking option, as well as the proximity to the Quicksilver chair, a 5-10 minute walk. Also, I was able to contact the management group easily, with quick responses to several questions we had. All in all, we found this to be the ideal condo for our group, and hope to stay there again next year.

    Great Location!

    We enjoyed this unit - it was close to everything - downtown and skiing. We enjoyed the large eat-in dining area as well as the hottub. It was quiet and fit our group well.

    Super Convenient

    Everything was great! We really enjoyed the location of the condo- it was so close to the center of town. The condo was very clean and well kept. It was spacious and gave us the "cozy cabin" feel. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to whip up a few meals. To top it all of, Mark was extremely helpful in extending our check out time a little later when an unexpected emergency came up. When we come back to Breckenridge, we are definitely going to stay with you guys again! Thank you so much!!

If you want a 2 bedroom price for a 5 star location and space for 8 people Columbine 105 is ideal! The bedrooms have been optimized to fit more then 2 per room with 1 Queen and 1 Full the first bedroom and 2 Fulls in the second.

Cozy up in the living room and enjoy the gas fireplace while you watch the large mounted flat screen TV. The dining room table seats up to 8 and the breakfast bar seats another 4. The covered private balcony allows you to enjoy a serene wooded view while you prepare meals on the outdoor grill.
